Oktoberfest on Main Street will begin Friday, October 19 at 11 am and run until 7 pm. Saturday will begin at 9 am and run until 6 pm. Vendors must stay until closing both days.
Electricity (110 amps) is available for most vendors registering prior to September 30. SORRY, ONLY QUIET GENERATORS WILL BE ALLOWED.
Vendors will be lined up Main Street between South Spring and South College Streets. NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC WILL BE PERMITTED WITHIN THE BOOTH AREA AT ANY TIME UNTIL THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE OR WALHALLA CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT GIVES THE ALL CLEAR. Vendor owned items must be transported to and from your parked vehicle by dolly or by foot.
Art, craft and food vendors are currently being accepted. Deadline for online applications ends 10/15/2018. No checks will be accepted after October 5, 2018. Food vendors, please adhere to DHEC R 61-25 (tab for review attached.)
Registration options: ONLINE application is available for credit/debit card payment. If the application is rejected by the committee, return of the vendor fee, less the $3.95 user charge, will be refunded to your card within 15 days of date of online application. Download Vendor Application and mail with check by October 5, 2018. Your deposited check will verify acceptance of your application. If your application is rejected by the committee, your check will be returned within 15 days of receiving your application.
